Shipping: Postage and packaging cost will be clearly stated before you reach checkout and may vary , for UK Customers this will be Free delivery on products from our own website, Amazon products will vary, you should check postage costs prior to ordering, dispatch normally will be via Royal Mail services, or courier which is estimated to reach you in 3-5 business days from receipt of your order. Customers outside of the UK should contact us for shipping cost. Returns: If for any reason after receiving your order you wish to return for a refund, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order for return instructions, items may be returned within 30 days from purchase provided they are in the same condition as sent with all packaging intact, we cannot however accept return of sealed media (DVD, CD or Games) where the seal has been removed, unless there is a fault with the product. In the unlikely event your order is faulty, please contact us within 14 days for return instructions, you will be required to return the faulty item for inspection and if found to be faulty, a full refund will be made including your return postage cost. Should your order arrive damaged, please inform us within 7 days of receipt and retain all packaging, you may wish to provide a photo of the damaged item and packaging to speed our investigation with Royal Mail, or return the item to us for replacement / refund including any return postage costs.
